Job Title: Access Developer Location: West Wales (Hybrid – Very Flexible) Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (DOE) CPS Group is working with a leading advanced manufacturing specialist in West Wales, looking to hire an Access Developer to support their ERP modernisation journey. This is a hands-on role with ownership over a bespoke ERP system and opportunities to contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives, including AI integration.
