Our market-leading client has a permanent requirement for a Service & Proposition Development Manager within their Modern Workplace environment. This is predominantly a remote role but there will be occasional travel to their London Waterloo and Portsmouth offices.
You will already have at least 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, such as CTO, Principal Architect, or Solutions Architect.
To be successful in the Service & Proposition Development Manager role, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience as a strategic technical advisor and thought leader, bridging the gap between the company’s technology vision and the customers' business needs.
- 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, such as CTO, Principal Architect, or Solutions Architect, with relevant industry alignment.
- Strong expertise in End User Computer, Cloud, M365, Co-Pilot, AI, Virtual Desktop and other Modern Workplace Technology.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, including architectures, infrastructure, and security, and business transformation.
- Demonstrate solution design and implementation of products and services.
- Demonstrate business and commercial requirements understanding.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies or business transformation consultancies is a plus.
