We’re looking for a delivery focused manager who is passionate about project success, customer outcomes, and operational consistency. You should be confident in leading multi-disciplinary teams, with a strong grasp of system implementation and cross-functional collaboration bringing structure, clarity, and energy to the role, while supporting both customers and colleagues through transformation. This role involves:

- Coordinating project delivery from sales handover through to go-live, and handover to Customer Success.
- Maintaining delivery quality while balancing resource, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Supporting delivery scalability, ensuring consistent use of frameworks, feedback, and product growth.
- Driving team performance, providing line management, coaching, and day-to-day oversight.
- Identifying risks early and ensuring appropriate mitigation steps are taken.
- Championing the customer experience, with a focus on clarity, responsiveness, and successful outcomes.
