We’re looking for an experienced Data & Governance Lead to take ownership of governance, compliance and data integrity across a critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. This is a highly visible role sitting within an Enterprise Applications team, focused on ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, audit-ready and fit for future growth, including the evolving use of AI, Copilot and Power Platform technologies.
This isn’t a “steady state” governance role. You’ll manage existing governance, help shape and evolve governance frameworks, influence business stakeholders and drive best practice across core enterprise systems.
The Role- Leading governance across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related systems
- Ensuring continuous audit readiness across GDPR, ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus
- Owning governance processes including access controls, data retention and risk management
- Acting as the key governance SME for CRM data and enterprise applications
- Partnering with Data Stewards, Functional Leads and project teams to drive accountability and best practice
- Supporting the organisation’s evolving AI and Copilot governance approach
- Driving continuous improvement across governance policies, controls and processes
- Strong experience in data and systems governance within enterprise environments
- Excellent understanding of GDPR, ISO27001 and governance best practice
- Experience managing audits and maintaining audit-ready controls
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge when needed
- Highly organised with a structured, proactive approach
- Ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform environments preferred
