As an ERP Implementation Consultant, you will help our clients adopt their next-generation ERP platform. You will guide them through every step—from understanding their business operations to training their teams and configuring their systems.
You will:
- Lead discovery sessions to map customer processes and identify improvements
- Configure the system to align with each customer’s unique operations
- Deliver training, support, and guidance to users throughout the project
- Encourage customers to challenge old ways of working and embrace change
- Work closely with Project Leaders, Data Analysts, and Support teams
- Deliver most projects remotely, with occasional on-site visits to build strong client relationships
We welcome candidates who:
- Have experience implementing ERP or other business software solutions OR
- Come from a background in accounts, inventory, warehousing, or distribution and want to move into software consultancy
You will also need to:
- Understand how operational processes work in a business setting
