Business Analyst (Business/People Change/Non-technical)

We have an excellent job opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst, i.e. who has demonstratable core Business Analyst skills with Business Change / People Change & Transformation project/s for an initial 24 month FTC/fixed term /permanent basis.

The role is for a renowned not-for-profit organisation and is hybrid 1 day every 3 months in London and maybe other travel required due to the interesting nature of the programme.

Candididates applying for this role must have demonstratable experience as a Business Analysis ideally as a Business Analyst for projects such as Business change; People Change & Transformation, User Journey Mapping etc.

Someone with Business Architecture/Service Design Capability, TOM, Process Design would be desired however not mandatory.

Please note applicants who are not Business Analysts and have predominantly worked on IT/Technical/CRM Systems/Digital/Data/non-financial etc projects will not be considered.
