We are recruiting for an HR Analyst for a leading Aerospace organisation based in Broughton. The first 4 weeks will be fully on site; thereafter, it will be 3 days on site and 2 days WFH.
To work as part of a team responsible for data analysis and processing of personnel administration transactions received from internal stakeholders, while adhering to Service Level Agreements. To provide customer-focused support to UK-based colleagues via telephone and email on personnel administration matters. To support the payroll process from start to finish, providing daily support to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities- Analysis and approval of incoming Personnel Administration changes via the Workday system such as:
- External Recruits
- Internal Recruits
- Termination
- Change of Job – Location, Working Time, Contract
- Organisational Changes
- Personal Details Changes
- Leave of Absence – Maternity, Adoption, Sabbatical
- International Mobility – Transfer In/Out, Secondment, Local+
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, with logical task completion skills
- Ability to work independently and develop solutions
- Team player, proactive in assisting colleagues
- Strong personal branding and a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, with minimal supervision
