Our client is a small but growing Managed Service Provider specialising in Unified Communications and Connectivity. They are looking for a passionate and career-minded individual starting out in the IT/telecoms arena wanting to join a company that will invest time and money developing their skills.
They are looking for someone working into multiple business units covering Unified Communications, Network Connectivity and IT Services.
- 1st/2nd line Maintenance diagnosis/replacements for hardware/software
- Installation and programming of cloud Telephony & Contact Centre platforms and application software, both remotely and on the customer premises – Gamma, MS Teams/Skype for Business, 8X8, SIP, Network Connectivity, LAN, WAN
