Click Digital is seeking an experienced Service Transition Lead for a 24-month fixed-term contract in Manchester, with hybrid working (minimum two days in the office). You will lead end-to-end service transition activities, drive service readiness, and coordinate go-live handovers to ensure live operation from day one.
The role requires solid ITIL knowledge and certification, PRINCE2 or Agile experience, and strong stakeholder management across multiple teams within a large enterprise setting.
