We require an experienced SWP SME to assist a Strategic Workforce Planning team with embedding a new approach into a global Financial Services organisation.

This Strategic Workforce Planning contractor role will require you to:

  • Core focus: Lead the design, development and implementation of in-house Strategic Workforce Planning tool working closely with the HR and technology teams.
  • Additional focus: Support developing a repeatable, scalable Strategic Workforce Planning blueprint/framework with standardized methodologies and templates based on existing projects.

Essentials skills/experience/requirements:

  • You need to have performed at senior Strategic Workforce Planning level with practical experience in large global organisations, ideally in the Financial Services sector.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning Expertise: Proven experience leading SWP initiatives within large, global organizations (preferably in Financial Services).
  • Technology & Tool Development: Experience managing technology projects on business/HR side including defining detailed complex business requirements and collaborating with technology teams on workforce planning.
  • Change Management & Communication: Ability to drive adoption through compelling stakeholder engagement and training.
  • Hands on mentality.
