We’re hiring a Service Manager / Scrum Master to support a HE platform, working across key application workstreams. This is a 50/50 split between Service Management and Scrum Master responsibilities, ideal for someone who can combine operational service delivery with agile leadership and deliver change.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee day-to-day IT application service operations
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service performance
- Maintain reporting and ensure ITIL compliance
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove delivery blockers
- Coach teams on Agile best practice
- Support backlog refinement and future sprint planning
What we’re looking for:
- Strong ITSM / Service Delivery background
- Solid experience with ITIL processes
- Proven Scrum Master experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong JIRA
- Higher Education / SITS experience is a bonus
