The Product Team
Our Product Team are customer & tech focussed, playing a vital part in driving projects forward and shaping the future roadmap for Click Dealer. Our team are the voice of the customer who could be; internal colleagues, our dealership partners, third parties, or other stakeholders.
The role in a nutshell
Our Product Owners research and deliver solutions of value - overseeing the whole product lifecycle for both new product development and existing products. You will work to understand what the customers’ and markets’ requirements are, what solutions are practical and valuable to pursue, and what development is needed to help us to achieve our vision, mission, and goals.
Typical projects & workstreams you will get involved in:
- Transformation & building out our next generation of software platform
- Platform optimisations & elevating functionality
- Feature requests such as smaller “bolt-on” functionality / service upgrades
Skills & attributes we are looking for:
- Experience managing product development and delivery of B2B SaaS products
- Looking for breadth & variety in your role – our product owners are known to wear business analyst and product management hats from time to time!
- Fully adept and enjoy managing the Software Requirements Specification process
- Strong stakeholder relationship management & confident communication skills
- Familiar with Agile working practices (sprint planning / user stories)

- Hybrid working – 2 days a week in the office (5 minutes’ walk from Stoke Train station) every Tuesday & Thursday
