About Click: In today’s dynamic Motor Dealer environment, Click Dealer understand the importance of new, innovative solutions to improve dealer performance and build customer loyalty. We have over 20 years’ experience, with over 1,700 dealership clients and a portfolio of award-winning products including: websites, dealer management systems, lead management, stocking solutions, finance technology and lead generation SEM services.

What a typical week looks like: No two weeks are the same, but you can expect a varied mix of hands-on digital marketing work. You’ll be gathering performance data from across PPC, SEO and social campaigns, analysing the numbers, and pulling it together into clear weekly reports that tell a story to your clients about how their campaigns are performing.
You’ll be building Facebook and Instagram campaigns from the ground up – crafting imagery, writing copy, getting sign off from your accounts and pushing content live – before diving into the performance data to see what’s landing. Alongside this you’ll manage live PPC campaigns, plan and launch new SEO campaigns, write SEO content and make website optimisations that move the needle for your clients.
You’ll be a key point of contact for your clients – responding to inbound calls and emails, handling support requests and producing the client reports that keep them informed and confident in the work we’re doing for them. Comfortable with numbers and curious about what the data is telling you. A self-starter who takes ownership and isn’t afraid to ask questions. An interest in cars or the automotive industry (a nice-to-have, not a must).
What the apprenticeship involves: This role is a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship. The role will combine hands-on work experience with structured online learning to support your development as a professional marketer. As an apprentice, you will be employed while studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification (equivalent to A-level standard) with the added benefit of on the job experience and sector knowledge.
- A mix of practical, on the job learning and off the job training.
- Working with dedicated training provider Apprentify to complete your apprenticeship qualification.
- Applying what you learn directly to live marketing campaigns and projects.
- Building core marketing skills such as content creation, audience insight, campaign planning and performance analysis.
- Regular reviews and support from an internal mentor, the training provider and your line manager.
We will provide: Coaching and mentoring from experienced colleagues. Time and support to complete apprenticeship learning and assessments. Clear development goals throughout the programme. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into a permanent role, subject to performance and business needs. 13 months, followed by an End Point Assessment (EPA) to complete the apprenticeship.
Benefits: Flexible working environment – whether you prefer being in our office or would rather work predominantly at home, we can support flexible working arrangements. 25 days holiday plus.
