We are looking for an SEO Executive to join our team in Hooton, offering a hybrid working model that balances collaboration and flexibility.
As an Organic Search Executive, you will be responsible for managing the SEO workflow across a portfolio of clients, ensuring technical optimisation, strategic execution, and continuous improvement of organic search performance. Your expertise will directly contribute to client growth, retention, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance client rankings and visibility.
- Conduct manual technical SEO audits, providing clear, actionable recommendations.
- Manage technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Utilise industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz.
- Collaborate with clients and teams, translating complex SEO insights into effective strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends, search algorithm updates, and emerging SEO practices.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment, fostering knowledge-sharing and development.
- Minimum 2 years of SEO experience in an agency or client-side role.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools and performance analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP functions).
- Ability to communicate complex SEO audit results in a clear and accessible manner.
- Strategic thinking with expertise in content marketing techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
