This is an opportunity to join a friendly fast-paced team environment predominantly serving repeat customers that have long standing relationships with us. The main role is answering the telephone and order processing, but there may be opportunities to utilise other skills you have. We are looking for candidates that thrive on customer satisfaction and have a desire to learn and share our large, diverse product range so they become truly appreciated by our customers.

Key Performance Indicators: Response time to answering the phone and responding to emails, customer satisfaction, accuracy in recording, processing and tracking order data.

Key skills required are: excellent telephone sales skills and the ability to build a great rapport with customers. Customer focused and able to work with others as part of a close team.

Other requirements include: being able to commute to our office in Exeter. This role is solely office based. Passionate about sales, have a customer-centric approach and a ‘can do’ attitude. Confident and professional in dealing with incoming sales and making outbound new business calls, with a great telephone manner.
