Since our inception in 1998 we have experienced exponential growth, and we are now seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join us at a pivotal next chapter.
Job Overview:
CLF are seeking a Territory Manager to join our sales team, covering London with a focus on the convenience sector. We supply independent retailers, including health-conscious convenience stores, with 18,000 products across 1,100 healthy brands. In this role, you’ll drive sales, build relationships, and expand our presence in the market. We offer a team-focused culture, with commission and bonus schemes to reward success. Duties:
- Cultivate new leads within sales territory
- Travel throughout the territory visiting customers on a recurring basis
- Build long lasting relationships and grow business with existing customers
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Represent the CLF brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Sell the bimonthly CLF sales cycle which includes BXGY style promotions
- Explain new initiatives the company undertakes to maintain and improve our present level of service
- Increase the percentage of exclusive brand sales within the territory
- Take customer orders when required on visits
- Any other duties in line with your job role
Skills:
- Proven track records in field sales and ability to generate leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Competent with Microsoft office programs, i.e. excel spreadsheets/word
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work to tight deadlines
