Job description We\’re looking for someone confident, articulate and driven to join our friendly and inclusive team. You\’ll enjoy working in a fast paced and sometimes challenging sales environment and be used to working to targets. As a Business Development Executive you will be mainly making business development calls to other businesses on behalf of our clients across various sectors. You\’ll need an excellent telephone manner, great communication skills and enjoy talking to people on the phone. You\’ll be self motivated and driven, with great people skills and be able to work well as part of a team. Ideally you\’ll also have great attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively and to a high standard in emails. You\’ll be based in our lovely offices in The Technology Centre in Ellesmere Port. This role would suit someone who has previous experience within sales and business development, a positive attitude and who enjoys working across a range of interesting projects, for a variety of clients in different sectors. Full training and all equipment is provided. Key Responsibilities: Making business development telephone calls to businesses to build & nurture quality relationships & secure qualified meetings for our clients Sending personalised business development emails to build & nurture quality relationships & book qualified meetings for our clients Identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities Accurate record keeping and data entry Client meetings as and when required Providing feedback & market intelligence to management for client review meetings Role: A B2B business development role that requires an experienced, confident and motivated individual who can confidently build relationships with decision makers over the phone in all kinds of businesses. You will be mainly making business development calls on behalf of our clients, so you will need an excellent telephone manner, great communication skills and enjoy talking to people on the phone. You\’ll be a natural in quickly building rapport over the phone and you\’ll be decisive and confident in identifying, qualifying and closing opportunities for our clients. About you: Strong, confident telephone manner & ability to control and lead a sales/marketing call Able to take constructive feedback on board and implement changes with a positive attitude Experience of making outbound sales/marketing calls Enjoys working in a fast paced sales environment and working to targets High standard of written & spoken English (minimum GCSE C grade English) Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills Confident using Windows computers & CRM systems Enjoy working across a variety of projects Able to work independently and manage own workload Values/Attitude: Trust, honesty and accountability are the values we live and work by.
