Reporting to the Director of Research & Enablement, the Martech Training Lead is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of technical and organisational enablement. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation & delivery of our marketing technology training offerings, ensuring both our clients and internal teams are equipped with the skills to excel in the evolving martech landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training courses. This includes live in-person sessions, virtual classrooms, structured workshops, and self‐paced e-learning modules.
- Facilitate sessions across core Marketing Automation platforms (such as Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and maintain internal certification tracks for Clevertouch staff.
- Lead and grow our Martech learning community. Work closely with the marketing team to produce educational content, lead community discussions, and ensure a steady stream of valuable insights for members.
- Support our technical and data delivery functions by working directly with clients to understand their enablement needs, providing a consultative perspective on how to bridge skills gaps.
Candidate Requirements
- Hands‐on experience with at least one major Marketing Automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Proven experience in designing and facilitating technical training sessions for both technical and non‐technical audiences.
- A natural communicator who can write engaging training agendas and present complex concepts with empathy and clarity.
- Ability to take a proactive role in client interactions, offering strategic advice on how to achieve marketing goals through technology.
- Experience in managing medium‐size projects or educational programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH). Holiday entitlement - 25 days (increases to 28 days with length of service). State of the Art office with onsite gym and wellness studio.
