As an Account Director at Clevertouch Consulting, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, retention, and account expansion across a portfolio of strategic existing clients. Reporting into the Head of Growth, this role combines strategic account leadership with hands-on business development, ensuring Clevertouch maximises the value of its clients’ marketing technology investments while achieving ambitious commercial targets.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships, expand services and deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with internal delivery, consulting, and partner teams, you will ensure opportunities are accurately scoped, commercially sound, and support in the successful delivery.

You will work closely with the wider Growth team to support account development initiatives, contribute to client growth strategies, and help maintain a collaborative, client-centric culture. Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth, account retention, client satisfaction, and your ability to expand strategic relationships and identify long-term growth opportunities within your portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Revenue experience and proven performance can substitute.
  • CRM experience required; Salesforce knowledge preferred.
  • The highest level of integrity and professionalism, the way you do business is as important to us as how you do business.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Marketing Automation or email marketing experience
  • Experience of Marketing in a Technology or Services Provider
  • Knowledge and experience of Salesforce.com, Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot
