We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, particularly within the UK and German market and skilled in leveraging AI tools to multiply their efforts. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and ultimately driving revenue growth through outbound efforts.

What Will You Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities within the UK and German markets.
  • Discover new accounts not created in our CRM and ensure their accurate documentation within the system.
  • Attend events and industry conferences to network and generate leads (~ 4-8x a year).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies.
  • Leverage your expertise in SaaS solutions to articulate the value proposition of CleverTap's platform to potential clients.
  • Utilize a variety of tools, including Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, and Apollo, to streamline sales processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to establish rapport and understand their business needs.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and industries to tailor outreach efforts effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in our CRM system.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Channel, or Business Development in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands-on execution mindset being comfortable building partnerships from zero to one.
  • Experience working with technology partners, system integrators, resellers and implementation partners.
  • Solid understanding of indirect sales models, including resellers and implementation-led deals.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and taking ownership end to end.
  • Understanding of the MarTech domain.
