We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, particularly within the UK and German market and skilled in leveraging AI tools to multiply their efforts. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships, and ultimately driving revenue growth through outbound efforts.
What will you do:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities within the UK and German markets
- Discover new accounts not created in our CRM and ensure their accurate documentation within the system
- Attend events and industry conferences to network and generate leads (~ 4-8x a year)
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies
- Leverage your expertise in SaaS solutions to articulate the value proposition of CleverTap's platform to potential clients
- Utilize a variety of tools, including Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, and Apollo, to streamline sales processes and maximize efficiency
- Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to establish rapport and understand their business needs
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts and industries to tailor outreach efforts effectively
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
What are we looking for:
- Experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Channel, or Business Development in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong hands-on execution mindset being comfortable building partnerships from zero to one
- Experience working with technology partners, system integrators, resellers and implementation partners
- Solid understanding of indirect sales models, including resellers and implementation-led deals
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and taking ownership end to end
- Understanding of the MarTech domain
