Requirements

  • Extensive System Support experience, ideally within an ERP system like Dynamics 365 or Netsuite
  • Understanding of core business processes around Sales, Purchasing, Treasury, and People Management
  • Ability to effectively communicate with end users while resolving issues
  • Ability to effectively multi-task varied support requests across multiple systems

Responsibilities

  • Act as a system expert with a robust understanding of how business processes are delivered within the system
  • Proactively identify recurring issues to determine if they indicate a system issue or a potential training requirement
  • Manage the support requests queue, ensuring prompt management and clear communication
  • Timely escalation and ongoing management of requests to internal or external support staff as needed
  • Develop core system reporting in collaboration with business process owners
  • Create and maintain training documentation alongside business process owners
  • Support and coordinate system testing around upgrades and developments
  • Assist in the delivery of system training
  • Gain a full understanding of the Group Business Intelligence platform
