Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Unity development experience with strong C# skills.
- Shipped at least one game or interactive product; PvP or multiplayer experience is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with a networking solution such as Netcode for GameObjects, Photon, Mirror, or similar.
- Solid understanding of game architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Self-directed, communicative, and comfortable owning systems end to end.

Responsibilities
- Build and refine core gameplay mechanics, combat, and player controls in Unity (C#).
- Design and implement multiplayer/networking systems for real-time PvP, including matchmaking, state sync, and lag compensation.
- Optimize performance across target platforms to keep gameplay smooth and low-latency.
- Collaborate with designers and artists to integrate low-poly assets, animations, and effects.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-structured code and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Help diagnose and fix bugs, and improve stability as we scale toward launch.
