A well-established business is looking for a commercially astute, empathetic, and driven leader with a passion for people and proven track record of delivering and embedding a successful HR strategy to join its senior leadership team, based in the City of London. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief People Officer will have full responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy and vision of the organisation. Providing measured advice, guidance, and inspirational leadership, aimed at further embedding a high-performance culture built on inclusivity, engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement, the successful HR professional will be a key enabler of organisational growth and innovation.

The Chief People Officer will have demonstrable experience of leading a sizeable HR team (10) and of successfully delivering change and transformation projects. They will build upon existing HR processes and policies to ensure the smooth and efficient running of business operations and will create a recruitment, wellbeing and engagement strategy that attracts and retains an outstanding team. Their track record will combine operational excellence with obvious expertise in devising and implementing an HR roadmap that delivers the strategic objectives of the organisation.
