About the job

As the VP Product Management – Communications Demand Platform, you are at the heart of the world’s largest communication platform, leveraging our unique data moat to route billions of communications in real-time. We’re seeking a highly quantitative and experienced product leader with a track record of leveraging massive data sets to drive innovative and highly optimized products that work in real-time at internet scale. You will lead a high-performance team of product managers to engage customers, set strategy, define roadmaps, and work with engineering to deliver and guide execution to ensure value realization and business impact.

Responsibilities

  1. Own the product vision for how billions of communications are delivered to consumers with the highest level of engagement.
  2. Drive product lifecycle from concept to customer success.
  3. Champion the strategy with go-to-market teams and establish thought leadership in the market.
  4. Represent the customer and build impactful relationships with customers and engineering teams.
  5. Think strategically to give our product and platform a competitive advantage.
  6. Lead and collaborate across teams to create alignment between engineering teams and partners.
  7. Mentor and develop the product management team.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

  1. 15 years of product management experience building large scale products.
  2. 10 years of people management experience.
  3. Leadership DNA – validated ability to lead successful cross-functional initiatives.
  4. Track record of delivering impact with multiple product lines.
  5. Experience leading or building for high volume, high frequency data product teams.
  6. Data-driven and outcomes oriented.
  7. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple initiatives.
  8. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  9. Executive presence and strong communication skills.
  10. Passionate about the customer journey and experience.
  11. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

Location

This position will be based out of UK & Ireland; with office locations in London and Dublin.
