One Life Hartlepool PCN have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our PCN team. We are a group of three practices working together in the charming port town of Hartlepool, with a vision to achieve continued excellent patient care, led with compassion and a whole-person approach. One Life PCN is made up of approximately 36,000 patients and works from a purpose-built building in the centre of Hartlepool.
Amongst the PCN practices, we have training and teaching practices, we host and mentor GP Registrars, Foundation Doctors and Medical Students. Given this practice experience within the PCN, we are more than happy to support a newly qualified GP or those that require a Tier 2 Visa.
You will be supported by Partners and Salaried GPs. The three PCN practices have a diverse team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurses and a Health Care Assistant as well as being supported by PCN Salaried GPs, Pharmacists, Mental Health Practitioners, First Contact Physiotherapy, Social Prescribers, Care Co-ordinators and Health & Wellbeing Coaches.
As a key member of the PCN team, the successful candidate will manage a case load, dealing with a wide range of presenting health care needs in a primary care setting, working across all three GP Practices.
