We are a group of three practices working together in Hartlepool to provide excellent patient care with a whole‑person approach. The PCN serves approximately 36,000 patients from a purpose‑built building in the centre of town.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload across all three GP practices, addressing a wide range of presenting health‑care needs.
- Deliver comprehensive primary‑care services as part of an interdisciplinary team that includes nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacists, and mental‑health practitioners.
- Collaborate with Partners and salaried GPs to provide high‑quality care and participate in continuous professional development.
Work Schedule
Days of work: Six sessions per week.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Registered GP with the GMC.
