Due to our longstanding practice pharmacist moving on to new adventures, Hillside Practice is looking to recruit an experienced, highly-motivated clinical pharmacist to carry on the safe and cost-effective prescribing culture that has been embedded in the practice over the last decade. We are a friendly & supportive multi-disciplinary team who appreciate the guidance of an innovative clinical pharmacist to lead us through the diverse requirements of medicines management in general practice whilst ensuring adherence to good practice in medicines optimisation, safe prescribing and improving patient care.

  • We are a large friendly multi-disciplinary team working from a modern purpose-built premises on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors with beautiful views out toward the sea.
  • Our clinical team consists of:
    • 4 GP Partners & 1 Salaried GP
    • 2 Nurse Practitioners
    • Practice Pharmacist
    • 3 Practice Nurses & 2 HCAs
  • Backed by highly skilled, supportive administration & reception teams
  • Long-standing teaching practice providing a supportive learning environment for GP Registrars, FY2 doctors & medical students
  • SystmOne Clinical System
  • Member of the East Cleveland Group PCN.
  • Supported by PCN Pharmacy Team (pharmacists & pharmacy technicians), Care Co-ordinators, Advanced Mental Health Practitioner, Social Prescribing Team & First Contact Practitioner
