This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions within our Hillside Practice network.
You will assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe and refer where appropriate, work within national protocols, and contribute to service development.
