Hours: 8am 5pm (1hr lunch) Mon Fri (with occasional overtime required) Responsibilities: Provide front-desk coverage by greeting guests as they enter the office, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate individuals Handling incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic Provide administrative support to Senior Management and co-workers Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital Ordering and maintaining office and works supplies Operating the weighbridge for materials on both incoming and outgoing vehicles Other duties as required Experience: The ideal candidate must be able to organise and prioritise their workload.
