Applications are invited for the post of Training Admin Clerk.
As a Training Admin Clerk you will ensure an efficient and responsive administration service to the training function within Operations.
Duties will include updating and maintaining Oracle OLM records, maintaining filing and records systems and arranging internal and external courses.
You will be working in a busy environment so candidates must be able to demonstrate they can prioritise and work to deadlines, whilst also maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
You will be communicating with a variety of staff at all levels of the organisation so candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
You will have the ability to be able to plan your own work so candidates who can work on their own initiative will be suited to this post.
Although not essential it would be advantageous for applicants to have experience of working with Oracle OLM and partnership organisations.
