Salary: Management Grade 3 - £86,019 - £97,992

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: St Marks House, Thornaby

About the Role

As Head of DDAT, you will:

  • Lead and inspire the Force’s DDAT service, covering ICT, Digital Transformation, and Information Management.
  • Champion digital policing, driving technology adoption and building digital skills across the organisation.
  • Design and deliver our Digital and Data Technology Programme and Strategic Roadmap.
  • Oversee major technology change projects, streamlining systems and services while maintaining enterprise architecture.
  • Advise and collaborate with the Chief Officer Team on the Force’s digital profile and strategy.
  • Ensure delivery excellence, keeping programmes on time, within budget, and aligned to quality standards - while managing risks and adapting to change.
