About the Role
As Head of DDAT, you will:
- Lead and inspire the Force’s DDAT service, covering ICT, Digital Transformation, and Information Management.
- Champion digital policing, driving technology adoption and building digital skills across the organisation.
- Design and deliver our Digital and Data Technology Programme and Strategic Roadmap.
- Oversee major technology change projects, streamlining systems and services while maintaining enterprise architecture.
- Advise and collaborate with the Chief Officer Team on the Force’s digital profile and strategy.
- Ensure delivery excellence, keeping programmes on time, within budget, and aligned to quality standards - while managing risks and adapting to change.
