This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative youth engagement initiatives that sit at the heart of our Prevention Strategy and Community Risk Management Plan 2026–2030. Working with colleagues, partners and communities, you'll ensure our programmes make a real and measurable difference to the lives of children and young people across Cleveland.
As Youth Engagement Manager, you will lead, develop and inspire a dedicated team delivering high-quality youth programmes. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong partnerships, evaluating impact and ensuring our services continue to evolve to meet community needs.
You'll work closely with the Commissioned Services Manager, local authorities, schools, voluntary organisations and other partners to deliver programmes that help young people build confidence, resilience, life skills and positive futures.
