Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a patient-facing Registration/Admissions role to welcome patients and ensure accurate registration on arrival. You will collect demographics, verify financial details, and liaise with insurers to obtain authorisations when required.
You will answer questions, provide cost estimates, and support a world-class patient experience in a busy hospital setting. On-site work with shift coverage across 6:00am–6:00pm and Saturday rotation.
