Job Summary

  • Salary: Competitive, Depending on Experience
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Location: 40 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7AW - Hybrid working
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent

What are we looking for?

You will act as a key support to the primary expert for the applications within their area of responsibility. Reporting to the Digital Application Manager at Cleveland Clinic London, with a dotted line to the wider Cleveland IT team, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for maintenance, incident resolution (break/fix), change requests, testing, upgrades and change control activities relating to their assigned applications. Working closely with the Manager and Deputy Manager, you will help set priorities and ensure timely resolution of issues. They will maintain strong service relationships between the IT department and its application users, acting as a liaison with other departments and external stakeholders. The role requires coordinating issues across teams, ensuring smooth application performance, and demonstrating in depth knowledge of the organisation’s policies, procedures, and operations.

What will your duties include?

  • Partners with subject matter experts and other Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management to ensure build consistency and successful end to end patient centric workflow.
  • Identifies and resolves production issues. This includes identification of appropriate parties and potential solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Provides support to team members as well as serving as the initial point of contact for their assigned team.
  • Participates in planning, obtaining customer input and projecting resource requirements.
  • Works to review system requirements with customers and translates requirements into specific functions or deliverables.
  • Works with all clinical, business and technical resources in a positive, supportive and collaborative team manner.
  • Carries out analysis of process workflows, data collection and reporting requirements interpreting into design where necessary.
  • Analyses flow chart processes and recommends ways to reduce steps and increase efficiency through use of technology.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we need from you?

  • Epic experience in: Beacon (Desired), Radiant, Cupid and Lumens (Desired), Clin Doc, Orders, Optime, Anaesthesia (Desired)
  • Any other IT professional certification (ITIL, Prince 2, etc) (Desirable)
  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or foundation degree in IT, computer Science or relevant field (Desirable)
  • Epic modules, ancillary systems, and health system operations (Essential)
  • Experience with supporting a major system in a clinical or system analyst capacity (Essential)
  • Experience working with in an agile environment (Essential)
