Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join our Digestive Diseases team with a highly competitive salary range up to 46581.47 depending upon experience. This is a full time permanent position requiring the post holder to work up to 37.5 hours per week. This is a Monday‑Sunday Days / Nights / Weekends role with the following shift patterns:
- Monday to Sunday Long Days 07:30-20:00
- Monday to Sunday Nights 19:30-08:00
- Bank Holidays 07:30-20:00 & 19:30-08:00

What will your duties include
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL's established policies, procedures and protocols.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
- Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and act as the patient advocate at all times.
- Participate effectively at the Quality improvement initiatives for the ward to ensure that the Ward KPIs are achieved and are aligned with CCL quality standards.
What we need from you
- Nursing Bachelor’s Degree.
- ILS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire or within 3 months of hire.
- Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) required with no restrictions to practice.
- Evidence of continuing professional development within digestive diseases field.
- Must be willing to undertake relevant post‑registration courses.
