What are we looking for?Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Pharmacy Business Manager to join our Pharmacy team, with a salary up to £65,000.
This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week between Monday-Friday, with contribution to lates on a rota basis.

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacy Business Manager will support the delivery of the Cleveland Clinic London (CCL) Medicines Optimisation mission of providing safe, effective, high quality and efficient pharmaceutical care by optimising procurement, medicines safety and patient outcomes. The post holder will assist in achieving the vision of harnessing the best of global and UK clinical practice and innovation to provide holistic pharmaceutical care through the CCL Medicines Optimisation strategic objectives.
What will your duties include?
Manage the Lead Procurement Technician in optimizing medicines procurement
Liaise closely with Supply Chain key stakeholders to optimize contracts, procurement related workflows and stock management
Drive Pharmacy Finance, Stock management and Supply Chain related continuous improvement
Be responsible for the pharmacy systems, including epic, BD, Willow
Provide regular reports to relevant parties on financial and operational performance
What we need from you?
Degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business or a related field
Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
Significant experience in pharmacy business operations within a hospital
Strong understanding of procurement systems, financial compliance, and reimbursement processes
Proven experience in leading teams and managing healthcare IT solutions
Experience of data management and presentation
