What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking for a Clinical Nurse Educator who specialises in Oncology to join our Nursing Education team, with a competitive salary range on offer up to £66,950 depending upon experience. This is a Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 role.

With the new facility due to open to patients in 2027, this role is a truly unique opportunity to shape our exceptional nursing programme for oncology.
The candidate we are looking for has significant experience in oncology/haematology education and can apply their skills to development of robust processes from conception to delivery ensuring safe nursing care at all stages of the patient journey.
What will your duties include?
- Design, direct, implement and evaluate educational offerings based on knowledge, skills and learning levels of nursing staff and allied health professionals.
- Develop and utilize appropriate evaluation systems to determine the effectiveness of educational activities.
- Consult with individuals within the Nursing Institute and Ambulatory Nursing, CCL and the community regarding professional nursing practice and roles.
- Assist in the development of department specific orientation and competencies. Assist departments in orientation of staff.
- Monitor and evaluate nurse performance during orientation in conjunction with the nurse preceptor.
What we need from you?
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- SACT Competency Passport required.
- Experienced SACT Competency Passport Assessor with Practice Assessor/Mentor Qualification required.
- Extensive recent nursing education experience required with demonstrable clinical expertise to include clinical nursing experience; overseeing preceptorship programme is desirable.
- Demonstrable knowledge of clinical education methodology such as training needs assessment (TNA's), clinical training curriculum development, instructional design and principles of adult learning.
- Excellent presentation and training skills required, with track record of delivering clinical training sessions.
