Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Location: 40 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7AW

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Human Resources Operations Partner to join our HR Team.

What will your duties include?

  • Provide professional HR advice and guidance in line with company policy and procedures to managers and caregivers within the relevant client groups
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle processes including starters / leavers / changes for the permanent and temporary workforce
  • Assist the HRBP where required and at times operate autonomously with any ER matters, including but not limited to: performance management, sickness management, disciplinaries and grievance. Specifically;
  • Formal investigations and meetings including disciplinary and grievance
  • Manage the variety of performance and disciplinary cases, recommend and implement solutions
  • Monitor absence and sickness, advise managers on strategies to deal with the short term absences and manage long term illness and return to work procedures and referral to occupational health
  • Make data driven decisions and recommendations by reviewing and analysing HR metrics
  • Prepare and issue any other documentation needed for the end-to-end employee lifecycle including salary letters, internal transfers, change in roles, resignation acceptance etc.
  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation to ensure all changes are accurately processed prior to monthly deadline
  • Facilitation and support of the annual appraisal and review process
  • Perform related administrative tasks including maintaining Workday, personnel files and compliance data
  • Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation/statutory responsibilities and operational best practice and proactively demonstrate this in in the role

What we need from you?

  • BA / BSc Degree preferred but not essential
  • CIPD Level 5/7 Qualification desirable. If not currently held, an aspiration to work towards this qualification would be expected
  • Demonstrable track-record in an operational HR position, directly supporting the business or a specific client group in a larger business required
  • Significant experience in leading HR administration and Employee Relations (ER) case work essential
  • Previous experience in other HR centres or excellence (Talent, Learning & Development, Reward/ Payroll) would be desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience of working within healthcare is desirable
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
  • Experience in coordinating and managing stakeholders, including exposure to senior stakeholder
  • Demonstrable ability to collect and manipulate data to support the delivery of the role. Comfortable using data to support actions and outcomes
