Salary: Starting Salary: £25,807.50. After probation rising to: £27,007.50
Hours: Shifts allocated between Monday to Sunday on a Rota basis (early mornings, evenings and nights)
Location: Rotation between sites of 33 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7HY, 24 Portland Place, London W1B 1LU and 55 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6BH
Contract: Full-time, permanent
About the Role
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit full-time, fully-flexible, Hospital Cleaners to join our Environmental Services Team. Reporting to the Environmental Services Shift Leader, you will work in a Healthcare setting, with all members of the Environmental Services team to create a clean and safe environment that enhances the appearance of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Clean patient rooms, examination rooms, offices and public areas including restrooms
- Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of surfaces and mopping of floors to ensure general upkeep of the area
- Maintain hard floor and carpets surfaces: buffing, scrubbing, carpet shampoo and daily maintenance
- Understand hygiene standards and infection control requirements
- Linen and Laundry management
Qualifications
- Customer focused approach essential
- Knowledge of COSHH essential
- Previous cleaning experience in a UK healthcare setting essential
- General cleaning duties in a patient environment an advantage
Full in-house training will be provided.
