Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Deputy Imaging Manager to join our Imaging team with a competitive salary range on offer, from £72,000, depending on experience. This is a full time, permanent role with shift patterns including Monday – Friday 0900-1700; other shift patterns may be required as per department needs.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the running of Imaging Services; supervise technical and clerical personnel; develop the service to fit changing demands; work as part of a team under the Radiology Manager to ensure high standards of service to patients, consultants and visitors.
- Support and deputise for the Radiology Manager; act as clinical lead for clinical and non-clinical staff; undertake clinical duties.
- Perform analysis to evaluate and create new processes and operating procedures; revise procedures on a continuous improvement basis to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Monitor, evaluate and report status of departmental operations; manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Recruitment, induction, performance management, disciplinary action of all staff (including agency staff); manage staffing levels, skill mix and capacity.
- Deliver Imaging Services projects with stakeholder engagement; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimally a BSc (Hons) Radiography, DCR(D) Diploma of the College of Radiographers or equivalent.
- Current valid HCPC registration required.
- Trained to cannulate and administer contrast agents.
- Significant supervisory/management experience in Radiology.
