This is a full-time, fixed term contract until 22nd January 2026 role with the following shift patterns: Monday-Friday 0900-1700 Weekend working may be required, and TOIL would be applied. The Clinical Education Coordinator functions as liaison and as administrative, technical, or operational resource for the Clinical Education Department at Cleveland Clinic London. Under the direction of the Clinical Institute Education & Training Manager, the Clinical Education Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and administering day-to-day activities and provide administrative support for the Cleveland Clinic London education programmes, events relating to attracting, retaining, and orienting fellows and students and the coordination and support of the Continuing Medical Education (CME) and other clinical education programmes. The Clinical Education Coordinator will provide coordination, administrative and logistical support for Clinical Education programmes for areas across Clinical Operations. What will your duties include? Schedules, coordinates, and provides in person support for orientation and on boarding for Fellows and Bank Fellows. Supports and coordinates all aspects of the student programmes including student interaction within hospital, clinical rotations. Coordinates and performs Continuing Medical Education (CME) tasks as assigned including processing CME application requests, processing CME evaluations, operating all CME software, coordinate disclosures for all faculty. Works collaboratively with Learning Management System (LMS) team to ensure all educational activities are peer reviewed, optimally promoted and accurately tracked. Other duties as assigned and as required by the changing nature of the role as CCL develops. What we need from you?
