Job Summary

Salary: £33,000-38,000, Depending on Experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

The Business Development Coordinator within the Strategy Office at Cleveland Clinic London plays a pivotal role in nurturing both existing and prospective client and partner relationships.
Acting as a key liaison between the hospital and external stakeholders, the coordinator is responsible for facilitating seamless client onboarding experiences, supporting account management, and consistently upholding the Cleveland Clinic London brand. What will your duties include?
Client Activities

  • Facilitate a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new corporate clients by guiding them through necessary processes and requirements.
  • Oversee existing corporate client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and prompt responses to their needs.
  • Develop and deliver quarterly reports analysing health trends and utilisation data for each corporate client.
  • Create tailored presentations and information packs for clients to meet their specific needs and interests.
  • Design and implement initiatives-such as webinars or newsletters-to maintain high engagement among existing clients.
  • Organise and coordinate informative webinars for corporate clients, ensuring content is relevant and valuable.

CCL Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing for corporate clients.
  • Partner with clinical staff to develop and deliver bespoke webinars, presentations, and events for clients.
  • Assist wider teams by providing data, insights, and analytics to inform business development decisions.
  • Compile regular business development reports for internal dissemination, supporting strategic planning.

Growth

  • Monitor client needs and proactively suggest additional services or products to enhance client partnerships.
  • Participate in campaigns and strategies aimed at increasing patient referrals from corporate clients.
  • Develop and execute plans to maintain and deepen relationships with high-value clients.
  • Contribute to identifying and engaging prospective corporate clients, expanding the organisation\’s market reach.
  • Regularly research and report on external health sector trends to inform business development and growth strategies.

Brand and Awareness

  • Ensure all communications and client-facing materials reflect Cleveland Clinic London\’s brand values and messaging.
  • Act as an ambassador in client interactions and at events, raising awareness of the organisation\’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce brochures, case studies and collateral that support brand awareness.
  • Assist in planning and delivery of client events and presentations that enhance the organisation\’s profile.
  • Collect and analyse feedback on how clients and partners perceive the Cleveland Clinic London brand, recommending improvements where necessary.
