We are looking for a dynamic, versatile, and strategic Group Marketing Manager to drive the brand presence and marketing strategies across these unique sectors.

The Role

As our Group Marketing Manager, you won’t be boxed into just one industry. One day you might be optimising B2B digital campaigns for industrial cables, and the next you could be planning a high-profile event promotion for a luxury restaurant and nightlife venue. Based at our Middlesbrough branch, you will head the marketing efforts, managing a team to deliver creative, data-driven campaigns that boost brand awareness and revenue across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Brand Strategy: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for Cleveland Cable Company, Superlec, and The Keys.
  • Digital & Social Media: Oversee SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media channels across B2B and B2C platforms.
  • Content & Campaign Creation: Lead the creation of engaging content, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
  • Event Promotion: Drive footfall and bookings for The Keys through innovative local marketing, PR, and nightlife event promotions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns to ensure strong ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor internal marketing staff and manage relationships with external agencies.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a marketing management role (experience handling both B2B and B2C/hospitality is a massive benefit).
  • Versatility: The ability to seamlessly switch mindsets between corporate industrial distribution and fast-paced hospitality.
  • Digital Savvy: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, social media management tools, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional copywriting, communication, and networking skills.
  • Location: Ability to work full-time from our Middlesbrough office, with occasional travel to other local sites.
