We require a Transport Administrator to work within our busy Transport Office.
The successful candidate will require:
· A good level of customer service skills
· Exceptional telephone manner
· The ability to work well under pressure
· Be computer literate
· Strong communication skills
· Exceptional organisation skills
· Good understanding of Microsoft Office
· Ability to work under pressure
Day to day duties will include but not limited to the following:
· Enter data accurately and efficiently
· General office duties – filing, answering the telephone and emails
· Deal with internal/external queries, resolving matters promptly
· Produce reports as and when required
Assisting the Transport Manager when required.
Occasionally you may be required to assist with routing and scheduling of vehicles and drivers, this includes stock transfers.
It would be beneficial to have experience within a similar field, however it is not necessary as full training will be provided. You will need the ability to work both independently and part of a team. Overtime will be available as and when required. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
