Due to company growth, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Handler to service our customer accounts. We provide full training and ongoing development. Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00. Excellent rates of pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously via phone and email.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and concerns, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through appropriate solutions. Utilise available resources and tools to resolve customer complaints.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure that customers receive a smooth and seamless buying experience.
- Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products that will benefit the customer.
- Professional Communication: Exhibit a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style. Ensure that customers feel valued and respected throughout their interactions with the company.
