We are currently recruiting for a Branch Administrator to work in our busy Bristol Branch.
Duties
- General Office and Reception duties.
- Time and Attendance recording and monitoring.
- Recruitment paperwork retention and administration.
- Liaising between the branch and head office.
- Keeping Employee files up to date as well as general filing.
- Note taking for investigations and disciplinaries.
- Office stationary, ordering and inventory control.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and have strong organisation and communication skills. You will have the ability to work to deadlines and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
