Summary

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Controller to support, coordinate and drive our sales team forward to achieve our new and used car targets in line with company and manufacturer objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
  • Manage the end-to-end vehicle sales process, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Utilise CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
  • Manage vehicle stock, including age, pricing, and availability
  • Maintain high standards of pitch presentation and online listings
  • Monitor sales performance, reporting, and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and FCA standards and processes

Key Requirements

  • Motor trade experience preferred
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident with systems, reporting, and stock management
  • Team-focused with a proactive approach

£38,000 basic + OTE up to £50,000

Hours: Full Time. 9am-6pm including Saturday, with a day off in the week
