This is a great opportunity to join a busy family-owned car dealership in North Somerset, representing Mazda new car sales alongside a strong used car operation. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer journey from the outset. We offer an extremely competitive basic salary and company car plus commission and achievement related pay.
Responsibilities
- Guiding customers through the full sales process for both new and used vehicles
- Building strong relationships and delivering a first‑class customer experience
- Managing enquiries, test drives, follow‑ups and handovers with professionalism
- Achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores
- Presenting finance and insurance products in a compliant manner
- Keeping the showroom, forecourt and digital listings up to date and engaging
- Working closely with the wider Clevedon Garages team to maximise opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in car sales is preferred
- Driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations
- 100% focused on delivering an excellent purchasing experience for customers
- Exceptional organisation and diary management skills
- Strong grammar and numeracy skills
- High standard of administration accuracy and paperwork skills
- Full UK driving licence
Basic salary up to £30,000 depending on experience. 29 days holiday. Full‑time role: Monday–Saturday with one day off during the week. Supportive, friendly team environment. Ongoing training and development with a respected Mazda retailer.
