PICOP/Engineering Supervisor

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safety Management: Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations while managing rail possessions and work environments to protect workers and equipment.
- Communication Liaise with signallers and operational staff to confirm details before taking possession of a track section. Communicate clearly with team members and manage the flow of operations during possessions
- Possession Control : Take control of the possession when required, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place, including signalling and securing points. Authorize, assess, and adjust possession limits based on operational requirements.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of possessions using the RT3198 form and other required documentation. Ensure that all worksite requirements are followed and properly documented, including the completion of safety briefings and worksite assessments.
- Technical Reporting: Updating of records during shift of possession/worksite milestones to assist with KPI reporting
